Completely built using Gutenberg core blocks only. Colors, spacing, typography etc are used as custom values to avoid any specific dependencies. For typography and spacing REM/EM units are used to add auto responsive support. But to make it perfectly responsive, use your theme's presets data, and in case of typography, better choice is to use fluid typography. Satisfy the extra dependencies to see its exact look in your editor.
